THE SEASON IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

The 2010 Queanbeyan netball season is only 12 weeks away, this year Harman is attempting to put in two sides. Exciting stuff. So to get the jump on the other teams, we have decided to run a strength and conditioning Pre-Season. This will incorporate functional training suited to the game itself. As well as building strength, stamina, power and core strength, it will be a great way to get to know your future team mates. At this stage, it looks as though training will take place on either Wednesday or Friday evenings. At 6.30pm starting the first week in March and switching between various venues. The cost will be $50 per person, making it $5 a session (Mates Rates).

If you are a Female and part of the Harman Football Club but do not wish to play netball you are also very welcome.
